I’m most useful when the question crosses boundaries: part business, part technology, part people.

Work in staffing, expert networks, auctions, franchise operations, and retail shaped how I approach technology now. I want to understand how the work actually moves, where people lose context, and what a useful system would change.

I’ve led enterprise technology roadmaps and implementations across ATS, ERP, and HRIS, connecting recruiting, finance, and people operations. That work includes experience with Bullhorn, JobDiva, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Applied AI builds on that foundation. The through line is simple: connect the pieces, stay close to the real problem, and build something people can use.
